The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the vc33 website and all services connected to it ("Platform"). Please read this document carefully in full. If any part is unclear, contact us.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

3.2 One Account Policy

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be closed.
• If multiple members of the same household wish to use separate accounts from the same device or network, they must notify vc33 support in advance.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

vc33 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. The right to suspend an account is reserved if the required documents are not provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your vc33 account.

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong and unique password; it is recommended that you do not reuse passwords from other sites.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• Remember to end your session after logging in from a public or shared device.
• vc33 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• The account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• Completing identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

5.3 Failed or Delayed Transactions

If a transaction is delayed due to technical issues or a payment gateway problem, contact the support team with the transaction reference number. vc33 will resolve the issue promptly.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

vc33 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳28,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a bonus: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit).

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 total wagered, after which winnings from the bonus are withdrawable.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus may be forfeited.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per user / household / device / IP address.
• Bonus funds or winnings generated from a bonus cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• vc33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled automatically.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to circumvent bonus terms is detected, the account will be closed.

All games offered on the vc33 platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner.

7.1 Game Results

• The results of all games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game results do not follow any predetermined pattern.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

• If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be accepted at the new odds or the bet will be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet on that event will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a score or result, vc33's decision is final.

7.3 Live Casino

If a disconnection occurs during a live dealer game due to a technical issue, the result of that hand will be determined according to the server record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vc33 platform:

• Unauthorized access or attempting to hack any software, server, or network of the platform.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion — playing in a fraudulent manner in coordination with another player.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward another user.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game results or encouraging others to do so.

13.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by notifying the support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.
